2021 was a year filled with challenges when it came to keeping employees connected. People and culture leaders were repeatedly tested, showcasing incredible flexibility when it comes to internal events and communications. Globally people leaders are working hard to meet employees where they were, wherever that may be.
Epoch designed a survey with the goal of understanding how people teams navigated the ever changing work environment of 2021 and what engagement plans look like for 2022. We heard from directors, senior managers, team leads, and global leaders in the employee experience, learning and development, engagement, workplace, internal communications, and diversity, equity and inclusion space.
