51% of Employee Experience (EX) teams use Slack to communicate with employees for upcoming events.
At most organizations, EX is seen as the outcome of organizational offerings like pay, benefits, flex work, skill development, advancement opportunities, DEI, transparency, culture, and more.
Compared to 2021, participation in in-person events increased for 60% of organizations, while only 18% remained the same.
Employee Experience is a priority. Most respondents felt that EX was a moderate to high priority at their company. And it shows - the majority of respondents have a dedicated EX function at their organization.
Morale and retention are the most important benefits of investing in EX. The cost of employee disengagement and turnover are high (read more here).
Teams wanted to connect in person after working remotely for years. Most organizations held both an onsite and offsite event this year, with the majority of participation levels between 51-75%.
